4 Helpful tips for students before Exams

It's exam time for many students which means long study hours, staying up late and some nervous tension…
Here are some tips for students to relax their stress and strengthen their concentration before and during exams:
1-As you anticipate the exam, think positively and visualize yourself doing well and reaching your goals.
2- Engage in “thought stopping” if you find that you are worrying a lot or mentally comparing yourself to your peers or thinking about your performance on the exam. For example, when you are aware of a negative thought, stop it and replace it with a positive one.
3-Don't talk to other students right before the exam.
4-As the papers are distributed calm yourself and take few slow breaths
